Camp & Retreat Center Space in Ohio for Groups up to 120

Genesis Lodge

Genesis Lodge will hold up to 120 for meals and is often used as a large group meeting space. It is equipped with a nice fireplace and is fully heated. The lodge is our camp dining facility and is often used by groups as meeting space as well.

Promise Room 

Our newest addition to the camp facilities, the Promise Room is adjacent to Genesis Lodge.  Groups can enjoy meals in Genesis Lodge and move directly into the Promise Room for meetings and large group conferencing.  The Promise Room is equipped with men's and women's restrooms and has a basement area for group's to store supplies or use as a break out meeting space if needed.

Cabins (5)

Our cabins are equipped with a shower, two sinks and bathroom. They are designed to hold 16 but will overflow to 20 persons with the use of cots (supplied). They are fully winterized.  Brand new bunks and mattresses were installed in 2010.

Yurts (2)

View the facilities slide show above for a look at these unique and fun housing units.  Each hold 14 persons.  Yurts are not heated and occupants make use of the central shower house on the back side of our dining lodge.  They are a fantastic alternative to people looking for something unique, for youth or smaller groups.  Our yurts are equipped with full electrical service, lights and a water source near by.
 

Brown Retreat Center (1) *Under Renovation

Brown Retreat Center holds up to 22 people and is equipped with a small kitchenette for groups wishing to cook their own meals (shown below). It also has a small meeting area shown below

Meeting Room (1)

The meeting room is located next to Brown Retreat Center and holds up to 25 people comfortably in chairs. It is fully winterized.

Outpost (1)

Outpost is our primitive camping area. Shown above are two AT shelters that sleep 8 each, and there is plenty of space to set up tents.  Outpost has a small pavilion for cooking and gathering and a brand new bath house with restrooms and showers. There is an adjacent field for athletics and group games etc... If you would like to truly camp, Outpost is a great alternative to the main camp area. It is completely private for your group as opposed to going to the state park.

Amphitheater (1)

The amphitheater is centrally located in the main camp area and seats up to 200 persons. It is equipped with electricity. This is a great area for large group gatherings and firesides.
